Questions I answer

Perguntas que eu respondo

The questions that come up in every first conversation about AI — and the answers without the detour. This is how I frame the problem before designing anything.

01

Where do I start?

With the process that already hurts and already has history in the data. A pilot without a reliable base becomes a demo, not a capability.

02

How do I know it’s working?

With a baseline measured before go-live and a business metric after. Without that, all you have is enthusiasm about the demo.

03

What about hallucination and sensitive data?

Closed scope, answers with a traceable source and PII limits defined before launch. Guardrails are a requirement, not a backlog item.

04

What does it cost to keep in production?

Cost per interaction times volume, plus the team that sustains it. That’s the math that decides scale or shut down.
